Your privacy is very important to us and we recognize the importance of protecting personal data. Therefore, we have designed this Policy so that you can understand how we collect, use, distribute and modify your personal data.

All personal data we process are confidential and strictly protected in accordance with law.

Cookies

By registering or authenticating, users allow Sellkod to identify them securely and give them access to its services. In this case, Sellkod will be able to access some data stored by these third-party services for registration or identification purposes, with the user’s explicit consent:

Facebook Authentication (Facebook, Inc.): Facebook Authentication is a registration and authentication service provided by Facebook, Inc. and is connected to the Facebook social network. Firebase Authentication (Google Inc.): Firebase Authentication is a registration and authentication service provided by Google Inc. To simplify the registration and authentication process, Firebase Authentication can make use of third-party identity providers and save the information on its platform. Google OAuth (Google Inc.): Google OAuth is a registration and authentication service provided by Google Inc. and is connected to the Google network. Personal Data collected: various types of data as specified in the privacy policy of the service. Place of processing: United States – Privacy Policy. Privacy Shield participant.
Sign in with Apple (Apple Inc.): Sign in with Apple is a registration and authentication service provided by Apple Inc. In cases where Users are required to provide their email address, Sign in with Apple may generate a private relay address on behalf of Users that automatically forwards messages to their verified personal email account - therefore shielding their actual email address from the Owner. Managing Contacts and Sending Messages

This type of service makes it possible to communicate with users outside of the app, e.g. via push notifications and email. They may manage a database of email contacts, phone contacts or any other contact information to communicate with the user. These services may also collect data concerning the date and time when the message was viewed by the user, as well as when the user interacted with it, such as by clicking on links included in the message.

Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google Inc.): Firebase Cloud Messaging is a message sending service provided by Google, Inc. Firebase Cloud Messaging allows the Owner to send messages and notifications to Users across platforms such as Android, iOS, and the web. Messages can be sent to single devices, groups of devices, or specific topics or User segments. Personal Data collected: various types of data as specified in the privacy policy of the service. Web and Mobile Analytics

The services contained in this section enable us to monitor and analyze web and mobile traffic and can be used to keep track of how Sellkod is used by users.

Analytics collected directly (Sellkod): Sellkod uses an internal analytics system that does not involve third parties. Personal data collected: cookies and usage data.

Google Analytics (Google Inc.): Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google utilizes the data collected to track and examine the use of Sellkod, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. Personal Data collected: cookies and usage data. Google Analytics for Firebase (Google Inc.): Google Analytics for Firebase or Firebase Analytics is an analytics service provided by Google Inc. In order to understand Google’s use of data, consult Google’s partner policy. Firebase Analytics may share data with other tools provided by Firebase, such as Crash Reporting, Authentication, Remote Config or Notifications. The user may check this privacy policy to find a detailed explanation about the other tools used by the owner. Sellkod uses identifiers for mobile devices (including Android Advertising ID or Advertising Identifier for iOS, respectively) and technologies similar to cookies to run the Firebase Analytics service. Users may opt out of certain Firebase features through applicable device settings, such as the device advertising settings for mobile phones or by following the instructions in other Firebase related sections of this privacy policy, if available. Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

To perform Service-related services; or
To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

We want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

Purpose of use

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

Access to the device’s camera is required to scan a qr code of app content shared by friend
OS version is required for technical optimization of the information displayed to the client, taking into account the version of the client operating system.
The browser version is required for technical optimization of the information displayed to the client, taking into account the client browser version.
Device type is required for technical optimization of the information displayed to the client, taking into account the version of the client operating system.
Network connection (cellular & Wi-Fi) is required to track the ability to download application metadata, retrieve data from the server to update the content of partner catalogs and products in the application.

In addition, we may also use third-party services (such as Google Analytics). Such third-party services have their own confidentiality policies that describe how they use the information provided.

We will never use your personal data to advertise, promote, or market third-party goods or services to you.

Additionally, we will not license or publish any of your personal data. We do not and will not sell any personal data to third parties for their own commercial use.

Protection of information

Data disclosure to third parties

We do not transfer user data to third parties. User data can be transferred to competent authorities upon their request in accordance with applicable law.

Refusal to provide data

We give you the opportunity to refuse to provide us with your personal data when we request it. If you decide not to provide personal data, we will not be able to guarantee you access to our services

Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data. Upon such request, we will delete all personal data collected about you and will no longer be able to guarantee access to our services.

Refusal to receive information and advertising newsletters

You can opt out of receiving information and promotional materials from Sellkod. To do this, use the appropriate “unsubscribe” setting in the materials sent or send your request at support@sellkod.com

Block cookies

You can delete or block certain cookies using the settings in your browser, but after that we will not be able to guarantee you access to Sellkod services.

You can contact us at any time for deletion, modification and provision of your personal data. To do this, send your request to support@sellkod.com

We may refuse to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort (for example, requests for data stored on backup media) that endanger the privacy of other users. In any case, when we delete or modify data, we perform this service for free unless it requires disproportionate efforts.

Please note that non-personal data may be saved even if you stop using Sellkod App or request deletion of personal data.

Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
